Straighten Then Strengthen – In a nutshell
- First I’ll analyze your posture using photos and a videos of you walking.
- Then, I share those findings with you, making the connection between your symptoms and your posture.
- Finally, I create a customized exercise program, teach it to you, text and retest that they are right for you and send you on your way with a packet of exercise descriptions.
- You then do your exercises daily.
For best results: a series of 8 sessions spaced anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks apart – keeping in mind your availability and pocketbook.
